The Work Screen displays the technicians current work load and provides easy access to technical information.
Issue Work Order
Performed by: Engineer Team Leader
Add additional tasks, assign reference instruments and issue work order. Issue scheduled or unplanned work orders for instruments and loops for both calibration and maintenance activities.
Enter Work Order
Performed by: Calibration/Maintenance Technician
Users can add multiple references when entering calibration data or can add the same reference more than once when using multifunction calibrators. This provides full traceability of calibrations done using a specific reference in the event that the reference fails.
Carry out the work and fill in calibration results.
Color coding for easy recognition of failures, e.g. yellow for re-adjustment (percentage of process tolerance) and red for deviations when errors exceed the process tolerance values.
Calibration results may be displayed immediately in graphical form for checking.
The technician can view the calibration errors relating to before and after adjustment readings in a graphical format.
This makes it easy to determine the success of the re-adjustment, if the before and after values are close this might suggest that instrument is faulty and should not be put back into the process.
Electronic Signature
Performed by: Calibration/Maintenance Technician
Enter Work Order Data with Electronic Signature.
Verify Work Order
Performed by: Engineer Team Leader/Quality Assurance
Verify Work Order entered calibration details, clear Deviation if applicable.
The same user that entered a work order cannot verify it.
Deviations are automatically created based on:
- Exceeded tolerance levels
- Exceeded the grace period
- Failed by the User
Deviations are automatically created by the system and upon saving an email with a PDF of the work sheet and the deviation report is sent to the relevant persons.
