Loop WorkOrder Values
Performed by: Calibration Technician
Carry out the work and fill in calibration results. Colour coding for easy recognition of failures, e.g. yellow for re-adjustment (percentage of process tolerance) and red for deviations when errors exceed the process tolerance values. Calibration results may be displayed immediately in graphical form for checking. Check the Component Used box to enable entering of calibration data for that component. Calibrate up to a maximum of 4 components in any one WorkOrder.
Loop WorkOrder Switches
Performed by: Calibration Technician
Enter Loop Switch Point data for each Switch Point attached to the Work Order.
Loop WorkOrder Deviation
Performed by: Calibration Technician
If Calibration Data entered create errors that exceed the process tolerance for the Loop, then user must fill out the Deviation Cause and Action Required field before saving the entered data. Deviation will be created and email will be sent to Loop’s Company email with Deviation and WorkOrder reports attached.
