Setup a completely New Instrument or setup a new Instrument by copying details from an existing Instrument.

Routine Type Setup

Setup Routine Type Default Details and Calibration Values including Interval, Priority, Criticality, Work Sheet Type, SOPs, Tasks, Input/Output Ranges & Tolerance values.

Setting up Routine Type defaults enables users to save time when creating maintenance and calibration routines for Instruments.

Routine Setup

Setup Routine Details and Calibration Values.

When users select a default Routine Type from Description dropdown, the Routine inherits the Routine Type’s default values.

This feature dramatically reduces routine setup time. User must setup a Next Date if the routine is marked as critical.

Unlimited calibration points can be set up, with each calibration point having its own tolerance levels.

Two tolerance levels can be used:

• Instrument Tolerance. Readings which exceed this tolerance will set a yellow error.
• Process Tolerance. Readings which exceed this tolerance will set a red error and a deviation is automatically created if the selected routine is marked as critical.

The historical Trending graph plots the worst error from each calibration and presents an indication of reliability.

Standard Operating Procedures setup include description, file uplink, SOP issue date and Revision Number.

Company Setup

Performed by: Administrator

Setup Company Details including address, phone, email, website and logo.

Company email address is used to send Work Order Deviation reports to.

Department Setup

Performed by: Administrator

Setup Department Details, including company, contact, phone and email contact.

Each department is unique within the system and must be assigned to a Company.

Configuration Setup

Performed by: Administrator

Setup Application Configuration including Password expiry, Failed password attempts and Company/Department Filter.

Setup Electronic Signature Activity Settings.

Setup Work Order defaults and User Defined Fields.
